Shipping Method
All Moore Learning LLC products are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment accurately and in real time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and UPS transit times. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
A confirmation email with your UPS tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number on the UPS website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Moore Learning LLC is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Moore Learning LLC due to an undeliverable address or failure to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges on returned packages unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Limitation of Liability
Moore Learning LLC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been confirmed as delivered by UPS. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the security of the delivery address.
