At Moore Learning LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made a shipping error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Opened school supply kits or bundles
Digital products or downloads (if applicable)
Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked)

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
